How We Detect Heating Leaks
After carrying out an assessment of your property and heating system, locating pipes and marking out possible areas of leaks, using a infrared camera and moister meter.
We'll then drain the heating system down and introduce a mix 5% hydrogen and 95% nitrogen none toxic gas at 1-3 bar pressure in to the heating system. Once the heating system pipes are full of gas, gasses will start to leak through the fault.
At this point our state of the art tracer gas sniffer will go around locating the leak at the source. This is the most none invasive method of leak detection.
